Paige Staudenmaier, MD
Nice to meet you! My passion for psychiatry began during my undergraduate studies at Stanford, while conducting clinical research in pediatric bipolar disorder. During this time, I recognized that a diagnostic label only provides limited insight, and that it’s only through a deep understanding of the individual and their circumstances that one can truly provide support.
I subsequently moved to Connecticut to attend medical school at Frank H. Netter School of Medicine, followed by adult psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in NYC. While our family loved living in NYC, as a Bay Area native, I knew the Bay Area was our forever home, and thus returned for my fellowship at Stanford in child and adolescent psychiatry.
As a proud mother of two, my goal as a physician is to always provide the same highest level of care that I would hope for my own children. My clinical interests include young child work, mood (depression and bipolar), anxiety, ADHD, emergency psychiatry, and perinatal psychiatry. I’m honored to join the Bay Children’s Services team!
