All employees must complete credentialing/contracting with insurance companies prior to starting (can take 1 to 3 months)

Pay Structure:
As BCS is just beginning to expand, all employees are paid based on their generated RVUs. Once BCS has had sufficient growth, the option for full or part time fully benefited positions will be available.
All employees are paid as W-2 Employees - this means that BCS pays your share of Social Security and Medicare taxes, saving you 7.65% of your money vs being a 1099 contracted employee.
