Pay Structure:
Options for contracted, hourly work, as well as full or part time salaried positions available.
All employees are paid as W-2 Employees. This means that BCS pays your share of Social Security and Medicare taxes, saving you 7.65% of your money vs being a 1099 contracted employee.
